5.1 Professional Services

Clients may request a reimbursement up to 7 days before a scheduled service. Approved requests are processed within 10 business days to the original purchase method.

Requests made less than 7 days prior may be eligible for rescheduling at no extra cost. To initiate a schedule change, please use our Contact Form.

Cancellations after a service has commenced are not eligible for reimbursement due to planning and resource commitments made in advance.

5.2 Informational Products

Digital items may qualify for a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase if less than 30% of the content has been accessed. Approved reimbursements are processed within 10 business days to the original purchase method.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in their original condition to qualify for a reimbursement. Customers bear the cost of shipping items back to the address above. Once items arrive and undergo inspection, we process reimbursements within 10 business days to the original purchase method.

5.4 No-Reimbursement Cases

Certain one-off events or specialized services are marked as final sale. In these cases, no reimbursement will be issued due to irrecoverable preparation expenses. These conditions will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
